We design, build and run AI agents that handle work your team does by hand today: answering customers, processing documents, updating records, following up on leads. Each agent works inside your tools, follows the rules you set and asks for approval when it should.
What we do
- Customer-facing agents
- Back-office agents
- Human approval built in
An agent is worth building when a task is frequent, follows a pattern you can describe, and still needs judgment that a simple rule cannot capture.
That describes a large share of operational work: reading an email and deciding what to do with it, checking a document against a purchase order, answering a question from the knowledge base, chasing a missing piece of information. Until recently, only a person could do it. Today a well-designed agent handles most of these cases and passes the rest to your team with the context already gathered.
We build agents for production, not for demos. That means a clear scope, access limited to what the agent needs, tests on your real cases before launch, and monitoring once it is live. You can see every action an agent takes, and why it took it.

- Your team spends hours each week on the same type of request or document
- You are hiring to keep up with volume rather than to grow
- Response times suffer in the evening and at weekends
- You tried a chatbot and it could not actually do anything

No. A chatbot answers questions. An agent can also act: look up an order, update a record, create an invoice, send a follow-up. Many of our agents never chat with anyone at all. They work in the background on documents and requests.
